I thought I'd take a bit of a fictitious journey and have the proverbial conversation with my younger self. Here's part one.

There’s something about the words “craft beer” that always makes me smile. It’s not about the drink—I don’t even drink anymore.

Growth isn’t linear or instant—it’s incremental. Sometimes, it’s not even 1% better every day; maybe it’s 1% better every time.
